All weekend long I was just binge eating. It was so bad on Saturday night, I actually felt ill!!
Oh, why do I do this to myself?
So, to compensate for such bad behavior, I made a dish today that consisted of quinoa(that wonderful and expensive grain) and sauted collard greens with onions, garlic, golden raisons, pine nuts, kalamata olives, red pepper flakes, and a little white balsamic. Recipe in Veg Times. I have to say it was very delicious, but, of course, I can't leave well enough alone, so I made the nicest banana bread, and had a warm piece with butter on it! Yummmmm!
