Ok, enough is enough! I need to get over the delicious cinnamon rolls and move on to healthier eating and exercise. I feel sooooo fat!!!
I know, I know, I did it to myself. It seems to happen every winter; I just pile on the pounds!
Well today I had poached eggs for breakfast and made a really nice soup with sweet potatoes and collard greens for lunch: it had a kind of a Mexican flair with cumin and red pepper flakes. The hubs liked it.
Then I went fabric shopping after hubby went to work and had to stop by fast food joint for greasy food, and so, I am bloated and feel like a whale; but, the whale grew some legs and took a nice brisk evening walk to punish herself. It worked.
More walking and healthy food tomorrow.
